Swamp denizens + World Map

Personal project about a swamp faction, also tried to concept a world map to go together with it, the Mandryga would originate from Zalancuth.
Tried to do a bit of world building for fun

"Mandryga - An ancient humanoid race that lives in dense forests and swamps, usually very calm and peaceful unless provoked, few in number, tall and sturdy as the trees that surround them. The Mandryga are very attuned with the wilderness therefore most are naturally gifted at Nature magic.
They have reproductive organs like humans but the females instead birth seeds to be planted in fertile soil, these seeds turn into pods that function like wombs, siphoning nutrients from the soil. All Mandryga are born differently, depending on the location they are planted in, how the soil is fertilised and if it lacks magic or is rich in it.

The ones living in the swamp have a more "decayed" washed out colour, covered in moss, fungi and vines with legs thinner and longer than their forest cousins due to the wetland environment. Generally all have a very rough skin partially fused with wood which gives them great defense but low agility, they boast a powerful regenerative ability being able to grow lost body parts and most are able to change their body to a certain degree, the more magically adept, the more control they have on their body and surrounding flora. They are omnivorous but eating for the Mandryga is not an everyday activity, as they are able to go large periods of time without consuming food, usually doing so mostly for pleasure.

Their exact lifespan is unknown, according to records of known mandryga tribes they range from 500 years to 2000 years with one known Elder being said to have lived for 5000 years. The oldest mandryga is usually chosen as the Elder of the tribe for its wisdom and might, their general height is around 2 meters with Elders being around 4.5 meters. The Elders' most important duty is protecting their villages, usually dealing with any threat by themselves if necessary."
